The development of this apartment presented a major challenge: the level, located in the heart of the space. My goal was to create a development allowing fluid circulation around this constraint, to promote freedom of movement within the apartment. Thus, an extensive reflection on space and the arrangement was necessary to optimize this substantial surface, although limited.The secret resided in the posing of the right questions to understand and make the most of each square meter of this singular space.

A few steps from this place are all amenities, from public transport to schools, including parks and restaurants.A short trip 10 to 15 minutes walk to you at the majestic castle and the Parc de Vincennes. The future inhabitants, Valérie, a veterinarian passionate about painting, and Jean, a director of a reading amateur school, aspire to a space that would allow them to practice their respective hobbies while having enough room to receive family and friends. In addition, their love for cooking encourages them to seek a space conducive to the common preparation of meals.
